We want to be more open with you and the rest of the community about not only what's coming to the game, but also the reasons behind our choices. The May update gives us the perfect opportunity to do so. Here you'll find a summary of what's coming and the reasons behind our decisions.
League Changes
Changes to the League Structure in the Clan War League
Starting in May, we will add new war leagues.
This is because the new system needs some time to find its balance.
As a result, some players, especially those in the higher leagues, may find themselves with fewer medals.
To make sure no one is penalized during this transition, we plan to activate a league bonus very soon.
Initiatives for Inactive Players
Initiatives for Villages That Have Become Inactive
During May, some players will be able to take part in events that won't be available to everyone.
We're talking about those chiefs who struggle to upgrade their village, whose builders are idle, or who need help with resources or who are leaving the game.
We want to encourage these people to continue their adventure in a more fun, active and consistent way, allowing them to reach the end stages of the game where the best content is.

The Treasure Hunt (Event for Town Halls 3-16)
At the end of May, the Treasure Hunt returns, but with a difference: this time it will only be available for Town Halls level 3 to 16.

At the end of the month, the Dragon Duke will finally be free from his chains!
You'll be able to use this hero and his equipment at maximum power, even while upgrading him. There will be no more downtime or hindrances of any kind, and everyone will get the chance to see exactly how strong the Duke is.

Importante: We know that many chiefs are in the habit of comparing notes with other clan members and that they may notice differences in events, but we want to let you know that this is normal when we run these tests.
If you happen to be in one of them, you probably won't notice anything particularly unusual, because for those involved the test event may not appear at all, or it may appear but with some slight differences from how others see it.
