THE CLASH OF CARDS EVENT

Card Hunt is the main event (August 1–31): get two packs per day in battle and a total of 10 from the start of the event — up to 68 cards from battles alone. Just destroy the right building in a raid to earn your pack. From August 3–30 complete exclusive tasks in the Supercell Store for free packs. On August 4, 11, and 18 the Merchant gifts you a pack. From August 12–31 the Medal event has bonus packs on the free reward path.

When you request a card from the collection screen, other clan members see the request in chat and can respond by donating a duplicate. You can only trade duplicates — you cannot donate a card if you only have one copy. If you are eager to complete a trade, you can spend gems to speed it up.

Have duplicates you cannot trade? Head to the Merchant's shop! With 2 duplicates get a random card; with 2 duplicates get a random Elixir or Dark Elixir card; with 2 duplicates get a random Builder Base card; with 3 duplicates get a random Super Troop card. The Merchant will never let you trade your last copy.

Completing sets: Elixir → Elixir Rune; Dark Elixir → Dark Elixir Rune; Builder Base → Gold Rune; Super Troops → Legendary Chest. For unique cards collected: 10 cards → Book of Cards decoration; 20 cards → 5,000 Shiny Ore; 30 cards → 500 Refined Ore; 40 cards → 50 Stellar Ore; 50 cards → 2 Builder Potions; 60 cards → Manga Fury Prince skin (brand new)!

Tap the event button on the home screen or the Clash of Cards decoration in your village to access the collection at any time. Cards are grouped by type: greyed out means you don't have it yet, normal border means one copy, highlighted border means duplicates ready to trade. You can also tap the decoration in other players' villages to see who has the duplicates you need.

Pack opening has a dedicated sequence with three taps: the first to reveal the contents, the second to confirm and the third to continue. You will immediately see if the card is new or a duplicate, and there is even a way to glimpse the card type before fully opening the pack. Can you figure out how...?

At 8:00 UTC on September 2 the trading window will close, but the collection remains accessible via the Clash of Cards decoration in your village. Think of it as your personal reserved card list — one whose value will grow a lot in ten years.
